We will be staying at a cosy hostel in Bad Schandau for 2 nights. Our purpose is to explore the region. Apart from being a national park Bad Schandau is adorned with gorgeous rock formations and breath-taking views.
The deadline for payment and confirmation is 12.04.26. Participation, without confirmation will not be allowed.
The plan is as follows:
Day 1
Arrive at Bad Schandau at 11:43.
Go to Lidl for groceries (Dinner and Next days Breakfast)
Then we will head to the hostel, unpack, have lunch and head out for a sunset hike.
We will come back after dark, and cook and have dinner.
Day 2
We cook breakfast and head out by 11hr.
A 10km hike awaits us and we will have lunch on the way. (will cover some of the Malerweg)
After the hike, some will head to Lidl for groceries (Dinner and Next days Breakfast).
We will then cook and have dinner, and call it a night.
Day 3
We wrap up breakfast around 10hr.
Take a bus to Bastei Bridge.
Head back to Jena around 16hr.
The Dinner and Breakfast will be group activities. We will make groups to cook and clean up. The cost will be shared with those who participate (hopefully 10€ total per head). Lunch for all days is on your. It is best to get something from a shop (3 lunches). You can choose to not participate, then you are responsible for your meals. This also applies for the activities.
It is best to have a bedsheet for the hostel. Otherwise, you may have to rent them for 5€.
Showers and cooking are charged, the cost is 50c per 3min and 15c per 15min, respectively. This depends on our usage.
⚠️ Note: The cost of the stay for 2 nights is 34€. We plan to cook together and share the cost.
