In the very south of Jena, even south of Lobeda-West and Göschwitz, there is the district Maua.
It is remarkable for its very big industrial area which is half of the area. The other half consists of mostly very old houses, like a mill and the beautiful church on a big graveyard. Next to the street Am Leutrabach the is the brook called Leutra.
